2025 Adelaide Charity Golf Day

Reflecting on the Success and Spirit of the 3rd Annual Rimex Charity Golf Day in support of the Leukaemia Foundation.

The 3rd Annual Rimex Charity Golf Day in Adelaide proved, once again, to be a spectacular event that brought together golf enthusiasts, generous sponsors, and a dedicated community—all in support of a noble cause. The day was brimming with camaraderie, friendly competition, and an overwhelming spirit of giving, as funds were raised for the Leukaemia Foundation. 

Our sponsors truly shone this year, with their unwavering support making a significant difference to the event’s success. The players, too, deserve special recognition for their incredible enthusiasm and generosity, which helped drive the fundraising efforts to new heights. A heartfelt thank you goes to the wonderful team at WLGC, whose assistance was invaluable; the course was in pristine condition and the staff’s warm hospitality made everyone feel right at home. 

One of the standout features of the day was the ever-popular Party Hole on the 10th, which, thanks to the team at Redstar Media, became the centre of excitement and laughter. Culinary delights were on hand as well, with Vili’s Family Bakery serving up delicious treats on the 1st Hole, and RAM Equipment firing up the BBQ on the 17th—ensuring no one went hungry throughout the day. 

Despite no one taking home a share of the $100,000 prize on the Major Hole in One Par 3’s, the real winners were every participant who contributed to such a meaningful cause. The generosity shown during the raffles and auction was truly humbling, and we cannot express our gratitude enough to everyone who reached deep to make a difference. 

A special mention must go to Andrew and Darren Jarman, whose presence and stories added an extra layer of enjoyment to the proceedings. Thank you both for supporting the day and sharing your experiences—it’s those moments that make events like these unforgettable.
