The software, known as 3RTP, meticulously tracks each client’s rims throughout every stage of the process: from receipt and blasting, through testing, repair, and painting, to quality assurance and final despatch back to site.
The intuitive Client Dashboard displays comprehensive rim metrics, current turnaround times, and a detailed cost breakdown by site and rim size.
Once a date range and site(s) are selected, 3RTP presents clients with an at-a-glance overview of wheels in the system, including quantities in progress, awaiting approval, completed, and more.
To support effective budgeting and comparisons, the platform also displays average costs by rim size and detailed turnaround times.



Clients benefit from real-time visibility of their wheels throughout the entire Recertification Process.
Users can search for wheels by date, size, status, Rim ID, or Purchase Order. The user-friendly icons clearly indicate each stage of the process and turn blue once completed, with updates provided daily. The progression includes: received, blasted, tested, inspected, quoted, approved, repaired (if required), stamped, painted, quality assured, ready for transport, despatched, and invoiced.
Hovering the cursor over any icon provides the exact time and date when that stage was completed, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information for all rims in the workflow.

Highlighting the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner allows clients to quickly download both the Certificate of Conformance and the original Inspection Report or Quote for the selected wheel or rim.



Furthermore, RFID technology is utilised to enhance rim tracking and is fully integrated with the 3RTP system for even greater accuracy and efficiency.
