Introducing Abigail Jones

We take time to chat with Abigail (Abi) as she steps into her role as National Development Manager for TyreSense at Rimex. Here’s a glimpse into her background and what drives her. 

Before joining Rimex, Abigail gained valuable experience at BHP As a Tyre Specialist, she worked closely with engineering teams, managing tyre-specific equipment. Prior to that, she spent two years as a Specialist Project Coordinator, overseeing the hiring and procurement of equipment across various BHP Iron Ore sites. 

Outside of work, Abigail cherishes her home life. She enjoys a good beer and loves to cook and there’s usually music playing in her house. 

Love a swan draught and love cooking in my Dutch oven. Recently made some really yummy lamb shanks. 

Like many of us, Abigail is a dog lover. She has a lovely Dachshund puppy named Oscar, who has now been be joined by a little sister Olive. 

Another thing I like doing is decorating my house, I spend alot of time looking at furniture, homewares and MarketPlace for items to restore.  

It sounds like Abigail leads a talented, balanced and joyful life that complements her important role in heading up the TyreSense team.
