With branches across Australia and worldwide in major mining areas, RIMEX Wheel Pty Ltd is at the forefront of the industry.
Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our Adelaide branch. From overseeing daily operations, including manufacturing, sales, dispatch to fostering excellent customer relations, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies and driving our branch to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical and communication skills, adaptability to an ever-changing industry landscape, and a passion for building an exceptional team and rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage branch revenue and expenditure effectively.
Mentor and provide leadership guidance to branch staff, working with HR to assess KPI progress.
Ensure compliance with proper procedures and safe work practices.
Drive continuous process improvement for both shop and office operations.
Coordinate annual stock take and maintain inventory.
Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Develop customer networks and implement appropriate sales strategies.
Negotiate customer supply and service agreements.
Conduct monthly site visits with sales representatives.
Oversee and negotiate any supply agreements to facilitate shop and office operations.
Direct and support the workshop to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Ensure customer satisfaction, timely product and service delivery, and achievement of branch and national goals.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
Extensive industry experience, particularly in the mining industry is desirable
Manufacturing background is desirable
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in the use of ERP systems is desirable
Ability to understand technical drawings
Requirements:
Candidates must have full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities:
Ability and desire to travel throughout assigned territories (mining sites and businesses) to call on existing and prospective customers to sell wheel/rim product and other related products.
Check on site’s existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements supplied by RIMEX, ability to collate information into RIMEX software.
Provide competitive information such as product quality, longevity, delivery, and pricing to establish ongoing opportunities for our RIMEX Product range. Gather information on stock and transport to provide correct Quoting to customers.
Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and territories.
Review monthly sales reports to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
Key account management.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Stock Management in collaboration with Storeperson.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Qualifications:
Desirable 5 years of sales experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous thinking Technician to join our TyreSense team located in Perth. As a TyreSense Technician you will provide technical support to our system, working closely with multiple key stakeholders within our client’s complex business network.
This is a highly rewarding and dynamic role for the right candidate as you will be required to provide technical support for both hardware and software platforms, training and upskilling of key end user groups, both externally and internally, and developing solutions-based outcomes for existing and new business requirements.
Supported by our development and engineering team in Canada, and reporting to the TyreSense Lead Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team providing best in class technical support to an industry leading and safety critical system.
Key Responsibilities
Based at our Western Australian Head Office in Perth your role will include:
Regular travel throughout Western Australia to mining operations and corporate offices where required to support and promote the TyreSense product in the field.
Conduct system audits, health checks and provide recommendations on hardware and system replacements to ensure optimum reliability of TyreSense.
Ensure client satisfaction is achieved through delivering product expectations.
Perform product installations, on new and used equipment at OEM facilities and client mining operations, ensuring TyreSense standards are maintained.
Manage existing clients providing training and upskilling to key end users while assisting RIMEX sales staff with new enquiries with technical queries and application scoping.
Provide detailed value add analysis of TyreSense offering recommendations and actions for product health improvements.
Provide training and upskilling of clients end users, third party contractors and internal sales staff.
About You
To be successfully considered for this role you will have:
A background in Auto Electrical, Electronics, or communications.
A Mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded as you will be required to understand complex machine layouts.
Prior experience with power and hand tools is essential.
Strong computer skills and ability to utilise various software systems.
Capable to safely handle equipment and communicate well with internal departments and customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow risk assessment and hazard identification processes.
Meet a physical standard to undertake system installations and inspections on large earthmoving equipment, in Perth and on remote mining operations.
Be an Australian Citizen or be a permanent resident.
Meet our strict zero drug and alcohol tolerance requirements.
