We have a full-time position available for immediate start. The role involves developing and promoting the TyreSense TPMS system and its application capabilities, providing product and technical support to TyreSense clients across Australia.
As a National Development Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders within RIMEX and our business network to ensure effective development and promotion of data dashboards and advanced reporting for TyreSense. Your focus will be on creating meaningful, focused, and easy-to-understand solutions.
You will work closely with State Managers and local TyreSense teams to provide solutions-based support to clients, enhance their technical understanding of TyreSense platforms, and integrate Asset Management (AMS) for a comprehensive Tyre Bay Management Solution.
Your responsibilities include supporting Australian TyreSense teams in managing client expectations, exploring new opportunities within existing clients, and identifying potential new market opportunities. Collaboration with TyreSense teams in Canada will involve developing analytical dashboards for both TPMS and AMS software platforms and providing training to key end-user groups.
In this role, you will liaise with OE partners, dealer subsidiaries, external clients, third-party contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that the TyreSense product meets its intended purpose and functions effectively. Reporting to the WA Manager, you will be supported by the development team in Canada and work closely with State Managers and technician teams to deliver top-notch technical support.
