We’re pleased to announce that our upcoming Charity Trivia Night in NSW will include special guest Robbie O’Davis.
Robbie O’Davis is a former ARL/NRL player who had an impressive career with the Newcastle Knights. He played a total of 223 games for the Knights, showcasing his skills on the field. In addition to his club career, O’Davis also represented Queensland in 13 games and Australia in 10 games.
Robbie played for Australia in the 1995 Winning World Cup Team. His success didn’t stop there, as he was part of the Knights’ grand final-winning teams in 1997 and 2001. O’Davis’ talent and contributions to the game were recognised when he received the prestigious Wally Lewis Medal for being the best player in the State of Origin series in 1997.
Milestones
Each year at RIMEX we host charity events across the country that benefit the Leukaemia Foundation. This is part of our commitment to honour the memory of Chris Weston, the founder of Rimex, who passed away in August 2017 after a long battle with Leukaemia.
Muswellbrook’s inaugural trivia night is on Friday March 1st at Club Singleton: 50 Pitt St, Singleton, New South Wales. Trivia topics will include current events, music, sports, pop culture (movies and tv) and Australia. It will be an old-school style event using pen and paper and no mobile phones.
